Revoking Thai Residence Permit

    

      Once you obtain a Thai Residence Permit, it will never expire. However, the Residence Permit can be revoke for several reasons. These reasons are listed below.

 

  • If your behavior would (A) cause danger to other people, or (B) disturb the peace of the public. If you are under the warrant of arrest by other foreign government, your Thai Residence Permit may be revoked.
  • If you are entering the country for the purpose of prostitution, drug smuggling, or trading of children or women, your permit may be revoked.
  • If you are sentenced to prison by a Thai or foreign court for a felony, your permit may be revoked.
  • If you can not make a living because of the mental or physical illness, your permit may be revoke. ( This does not apply to the dependency of the alien.)
  • Persons who have been convicted of smuggling alien into the kingdom at any time.
  • Persons who are associated with terrorist, Immigration Law, and obstruction of Justice.
