Sweet And Sour Meatballs:

Meat Ball - Authentic Thai Food Cooking

           Sweet and sour meatball is also know as "Look chin" (ลูกชิ้น). It is usaully eat as a snack or A la carte. If you prefer, you can use pork or chicken instead of meat.

Food Ingredients :

  1. 400 gram of minced meat
  2. 350 gram of slice pineapple
  3. Two table spoon of sugar
  4. Green and red pepper
  5. Approximately ten table spoon of Olive oil


Food Preparation :

  1. Mince garlic with salt and pepper. Put it in the blender, if you have one.
  2. Make your mince meat into a ball.
  3. Slice your pineapple into nice editable pieces
  4. Put vinegar, fish sauce, starch, and sugar together
  5. Stir fry your meatballs with pineapple for about two minutes
  6. Add sauce mixture.


Thai people usually eat this dish with salad and rice. You will need about half and hour to cook this dish. Serving it with love is recommended.
