On December 25, 1962, Bangkok University was found by Mr. Surat and Mrs. Pontip Osathanugrah. Originally, the university was known as "Thai Polytechnic Institute. In 1965, it became Bangkok University. Bangkok University offers courses in English and Thai for bachelor's degree in Lasws, Humanities, Economics, Communication, Fine and Applied Arts, and Engineering.
